enjoy the silence

This piece has been commissioned by Concordan(s)e: a unique adventure where a writer and a choreographer meet. Two artists who do not know one another beforehand, question each other’s respective practices and aspirations. This immersion into the intimate depths of creation gives birth to a collective and original piece.
Célia Houdart is an author. Mickaël Phelippeau is a choreographer and dancer. Why did she choose writing, and why did he choose dance? He invites her into his space. She invites him into hers. They exchange words. Tell each other stories. They dance for one another. Listen to one another. And discover that they like to be silent together.
